Introduction of WL99-2
Covering Machine |
Type WL99-2 covering machine can be used
to produce urethane elastic fiber covering yarn, heat
yarn in various specifications e.g. used to wrap the chemical
fibre elastically yarn, such as polyamide fibre and polyster
fibre out side urethane elastic fiberin, it can also be
used for long yarn, silk, cotton yarn, wool yarn and all
kinds of blending yarn, these elastic yarns widely used
in elastic socks, sports socks, silk socks, pant socks,
woven underwears, machine-woven cloth, elastic clothing,
sport clothing, leisure clothing, wool sweaters and elastic
belts, etc.

| The sort of covering machine can make uni-yarn
and double yarns, also some silk, thread specially twisting,
and some products with high additional value. |
| It
is features as follows: |
Each set of covering machine is equipped with a transducer
to control the main motor of spindles between up and down
layers. One set of computer controls electric yarn, the
traversing form equipment regulates rolling shape, another
set of speed measuring instrument can supervise turn speed
at any time.
While controlling the spindles between up and down layers,
the machine is started and stopped slowly kept running
smoothly, spindles are kept in the same pace with little
start electric current, ends down and even twisting range,
it works consistently, the produced cladding yarn have
a high quality.
Twisting range, draft and tare-up are respectively changed
by three groups of gears and regulated anyway to meet
deferent technical requirements.
Under deferent specifications of cladding yarn, so the
parameters can be altered statically and dynamically,
and we can control the take up, shape angle, winding yarn
angle, bobbin diameter, yarn weight and winding yarn time,
and make bobbin yarn in the same weight.
