Machine is developed
on the basis of the some domestic and foreign
Texturing Machine, in order to meet the demand
from customers to manufacturing the polyester
yarn into textured yarn with low elasticity.
It adopted stacked-disk friction device, which
makes its structure more simple, more convenient
to adjust and easier for maintenance.
The machine changed its transmission way into
single motor driving so that shortens the
length of transmission belt. And it is controlled
by speedometer feedback machine and frequency
converter, so the customers are permitted
to modify the parameters according to demands.
This helps to avoid the work of changing gears
and so that improve the working efficiency.
The cell is heated by electrical radiation
and controlled by computerized monitor, which
granted the difference between temperature
is ¡À1¡ã. The small temperature difference is
helpful to get the ideal texturing effect.
It has two yarn feeding rollers. Multi-color
effect could be achieved by altering the speed
of yarn-feeding rollers, which changes the
overfeed percentage.
The packaging system of WL818B Texturing Machine
adopts the precision package and special grooved
roll, integrated with frequency converter,
it could effectively meet the goal of anti-foldness
and best package and withdraw.
The customers could select the most suitable
network device according to their own demands,
and uniform network bonding could be reached.
